Notes- If you are running around the CFR building you should do 13.5 laps which is equal to a 3.1 miles. If you are running at 6:30pm we will be taking a field trip to run the LEGO 5k race course as a group.
D. Cooldown- 2 x 500m Row with 2 Minutes Rest
