10 R/ 10 L:  Lunge Position Lateral Banded Rotations

10 Push Ups

Upper Body Push:

Slightly Incline Bench Press:  5 X 8, Ascending Weights Each Set

One Set Every 3 Minutes

Bootcamp: 

100 Chest Elevated Push Ups:  Every Break = 10 Burpees

Conditioning:

AMRAP 8:

50 Doubles

20 Russian KB Swings

Auxiliary Work:

10 DB Hex Press
