"Chutes No Ladders"
Teams of 2- 60 min time cap
20 Box Jumps
10 Tire Flips
5 MU/Bar MU
10 Stone to Shoulders
Once the team is done completing each movement they roll the dice and move their game gamepiece along the board. Once you have reached the "FINISH" area the workout is complete.
If you land on a "special square" you must complete the exercise on the square before moving onto the movement.
If you land on a "chute" you drop back to the square below.
