We are now 2 weeks before the meet listed below. The leg focused and Technique focused program will now be combined in preparation for the meet.
A.) Power Sn/ OHS/ Sn Bal/ Sn Pull/ Sn mid thigh
40/45/50/55/60/65 (shouldn't be heavy)
B.) Back Squat- 75% x 5 (5x)
C.) 1 Clean + 4 Jerks
50/55/60/65/70/65/60/55/50- just working on timing for jerk
