Week 1- Day 5

We are starting a new 12 week program leading into a weightlifting meet on May 22 in Danbury CT. Expect to see high volume for the first 4 weeks focused on building a foundation for the 8 weeks following.

A.) Back Squat Always warm up with full depth, ex. 35%/5, 45%/3, 55%/3,65%/2,75%/2, 85%/1, 

max 3 4″ above parallel, then 85%/3×3 full depth

B.) Press- 5x5 w/ med weight

C.) Gluteham Raises- 10 (3x)
