We are starting a 12 week squat program. The next 12 weeks will be very different then what we traditionally do. We will now be training 5x per week, but each day will be much shorter. Each day we will perform 2 lifts and you should be in and out of the gym within 1 hour. Mon/ Wed/ Fri will we be squatting and going overhead. Tuesday and Thursday we will be performing the actually lifts and pulling.
Back Squat- Find 10RM, then -5 & -10% for 10
